Vulcan 960RX-30 60" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

To accommodate multiple products at once, the Vulcan 960RX-30 countertop gas griddle has a cook surface 60 inches wide by 30 inches deep and has five individually controlled burners to create separate cook zones. The burners can ignite manually or electrically, while the thermostats operate with snap action. To cook everything from fresh eggs to pork chops to chicken breasts, the griddle can be set from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Vulcan 960RX-30 countertop griddle has five U-shaped burners, each of which is made of aluminized steel for corrosion resistance. The unit?s front, sides, and front top ledge are made of stainless steel, while the four stainless steel legs can be adjusted to remain level on uneven countertops. To stand up to high-heat use, the griddle?s plate is 1 inch thick and made of polished steel. Wrapping around the griddle, its splatter guard stands 4 inches high in the rear and tapers down the sides of the unit, blocking splatters of hot grease from striking the surrounding areas.
