Vulcan 972RX 72" Gas Griddle W/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan 972RX griddle has a 1-inch-thick griddle plate that is heated by six U-shaped burners. Since the burners are spaced every 12 inches, an even heat is delivered across the surface. Snap action thermostats are embedded into each burner to allow for accurate heat adjustments between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. A professional look is offered by the chrome burner knobs. Gas flow to the pilots and burners is shut off if the pilot goes out. To increase safety by reducing the risk of burns, the front stays cool with a bullnose design. Tapered side splashes and a 4-inch backsplash on the Vulcan 972RX griddle keep grease off countertops and work areas. The 3 1/2-inch-wide grease gutter is large enough for spatulas, while the fully-welded grease chute stops liquid migration.
