Vulcan ABC7G-PRO Full Size Combi Oven - Boilerless, Liquid Propane
The Vulcan ABD7G-PRO full-size combi oven uses the heat of both a convection oven and steam to prepare foods quickly and consistently. It can be used to steam, poach, roast, broil, bake, and retherm foods, making it ideal for use in school cafeterias. Because the combi oven's operations are limited to three knobs, users only need to concern themselves with setting time and temperature, which cuts labor costs and reduces training time.
As many as seven full-size sheet pans can fit in the Vulcan ABD7G-PRO combi oven at once. When the cooking cycle is finished, an audible alert sounds and the door lights flash. Its glass door stays cool to the touch while a halogen light illuminates the oven's interior. With a stainless steel interior and exterior, the oven can withstand frequent use in busy environments.
