The Vulcan C24EO5 convection steamer holds five 12-inch by 20-inch pans, while the exterior and cooking compartment are made of durable stainless steel to assist with cleaning. Coved interior corners simplify cleanup because they do not gather debris, and this unit is compact enough to sit on a countertop or can be placed on an optional stand.
The Vulcan C24EO5 convection steamer is boilerless and connectionless, so it does not need to be connected to water or a drain, and the stainless steel generator pan has an embossed water level line. For even heat distribution, heating elements are embedded in 1-inch-thick cast aluminum that is sealed to the pan's bottom with a thermal transfer compound.
