The Vulcan C24EO5AF countertop convection steamer prepares 5 food pans full of meats, vegetables, or other products at once, using both steam and convection cooking. It connects to an existing water line and fills its reservoir automatically. Because this unit does not use a boiler, it does not require filtration, treatment, or de-liming, and it is easier to clean and service than a steamer that requires a boiler. Servicing the steamer is straightforward due to side panels that can be removed to access interior parts.
The Vulcan C24EO5AF convection steamer has manual controls and a 60-minute timer knob that buzzes when the cycle is complete. When staff need to check on product, the door can be opened even while the unit is steaming, and its guard protects the gasket from damage as pans are loaded and removed. The wire pan racks and steam panel can be removed and cleaned in the dishwasher.
