Vulcan C24ET10 (10) Pan Convection Steamer - Cabinet, 208v/3ph
The Vulcan C24ET10 ET series convection steamer features two steaming compartments on top of a 24-inch cabinet base, which is enclosed and resistant to water to prevent corrosion. These steaming compartments are made of durable stainless steel, and to ease cleaning, the interior has coved corners, which do not have debris-trapping crevices. Ensuring the doors remain closed, they feature door latch mechanisms.
The Vulcan C24ET10 convection steamer features separate controls for each compartment, including 60-minute timers with a constant steam feature and power switches. For durability, the steam generators are made of stainless steel, while an automatic SmartDrain® system with the PowerFlush® feature prevent contaminants and debris from affecting the unit. Adjustable, stainless steel legs with flanged feet keep the unit level.
