Built for daily use, this Vulcan ECO2D half-size convection oven is constructed of stainless steel on the sides, top, and front, while its door is also made of stainless steel with a double-pane window for viewing product. To keep heat inside, gaskets create a tight door seal, and insulation surrounds the cabinet. Five nickel-plated racks are included, and these racks are adjustable on nine guides.

Temperatures in the Vulcan ECO2D electric convection oven range from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while the timer tracks cook times as long as 60 minutes. Both settings are adjustable with knobs on the front, and the fan speed is also adjustable, with high and low settings. Once time runs out on the timer, the alarm sounds continuously so the food isn't forgotten. Employees can turn off the timer and open the door with its stay-cool handle. After business hours are over, employees can use the cooldown switch to quickly cool the oven interior. All racks can be removed, and any food stuck on the slick porcelain-enameled surfaces can be conveniently wiped out.
