The Vulcan EL80 stationary kettle features a stainless steel, spring-assisted cover with a condensate ring and a drop-down lift handle, allowing controlled steam release. Its electric heating elements provide consistent cooking power, while an on/off switch with a signal light and thermostat control enables accurate heat management.
