Made of durable stainless steel, the Vulcan EV36S-36G480 electric range is designed for heavy use. This range features a 36-inch-wide griddle configuration designed for cooking burgers or breakfast staples such as eggs and bacon. Cool-to-touch thermostatic knobs provide control of the unit, and the temperature can be set between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Vulcan EV36S-36G480 oven and griddle/range features an oversized oven fitted with a wire rack that can be set in one of three positions. On the top, browning control activates a broiler-like heating element for an appealing sear, while a crumb tray collects debris from the oven. The full unit sits on four 6-inch casters for mobility when cleaning under and behind the unit.
