The Vulcan GT150E gas fully jacketed stationary kettle is designed for high-capacity cooking, featuring a 150-gallon capacity. Its reinforced hinged stainless steel cover includes a condensate ring and a drop-down lift handle with a heavy-duty pivot assembly, incorporating a yolk-style mount with a tie bar that further adds support. A 2-inch plug draw-off valve with a perforated strainer provides smooth product flow, while the kettlea€™s sloped interior bottom directs contents efficiently.

The Vulcan GT150E fully jacketed stationary kettle is supported by stainless steel 2-inch-diameter legs with flanged feet that can be adjusted for stability on uneven flooring. A graduated measuring rod and faucet bracket enhance usability, while safety features, such as a vacuum pressure relief valve, a 15 PSI relief valve, a low water cut-off control, a pressure limit switch, and a pressure gauge, are included to protect users during operation. The unit operates with a thermostat-controlled combination gas valve and electronic ignition for reliable heating. Designed for natural gas operation, the kettle delivers a 135,000 BTU output.
