Vulcan HEG24E 24" Electric Griddle W/ Thermostatic Controls - 1/2" Steel Plate, 208v/1ph
For flexible application, the Vulcan HEG24E electric griddle has two separate thermostats that are individually controlled to create two separate cook zones. Its griddle plate is 1/2 inch thick and made of polished steel to resist warping and cracking. Small enough for countertop placement, the griddlea€™s cooking surface is 11 inches high, and the unit rests on adjustable stainless steel legs measuring 4 inches. The thermostat knobs are front mounted and have chromed guards that protect them from accidental changes.
To safely collect excess grease, the Vulcan HEG24E electric griddle has a 1.5-gallon grease drawer. Its front trough measures 3 1/2 inches wide and has a front bull-nose design that resists heat transfer to prevent burns. Blocking grease splatters from staining surrounding walls and surfaces, the griddle has a 4-inch rear splash with tapered side splashes. It has four sheathed heating elements.
