Vulcan HEG24E 24" Electric Griddle W/ Thermostatic Controls - 1/2" Steel Plate, 208v/3ph
The Vulcan HEG24E countertop electric griddle operates with thermostatic controls and provides a 24-inch by 24-inch cook surface. Controlled by dual thermostat knobs, the griddle can be used for dual cook zones so operators have the choice to set each side to a different cooking temperature. The snap-action thermostats are bottom mounted on the unita€™s front for accessibility. Resting on 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs, the griddle has an 11-inch-high cooking surface.
To resist warping and streamline cleaning, the Vulcan HEG24E electric griddlea€™s 1/2-inch-thick cook plate is made of polished steel. A wraparound grease splash contains hot oil splashes, measuring 4 inches high in the back with sloped sides. Grease runoff travels through the 3 1/2-inch gutter and is collected in the grease drawer. Holding 1.5 gallons, the grease drawer enables extended use between cleanings.
