To fit comfortably on top of a counter or tabletop, the Vulcan HEG24E electric griddle measures 24 inches wide by 31 1/2 inches deep and has a low-profile cook height of 11 inches for accessibility. It has four sheathed heating elements that are individually controlled to enable dual cook zones. Setting different temperatures for each side of the griddle enables users to toast buns, fry bacon, and cook burgers all at the same time. For long-term use in high-volume settings, the unita€™s front and sides are made of stainless steel.

Protecting the Vulcan HEG24E electric griddlea€™s thermostat knobs, chromed guards block the controls from impact to prevent accidental adjustments. The thermostats are bottom mounted and accessible from the front, while the griddle rests on 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs.
