The Vulcan HEG24E electric countertop griddle measures 24 inches in width and has four sheathed heating elements. With two individual thermostat controls, the griddle can be set for separate cook zones so users can fry eggs on one side and cook burgers or chicken on the other. Each thermostat is protected with a chromed guard that resists corrosion and prevents accidental temperature adjustments. To prepare a wide variety of foods, the griddle has a temperature range of 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Extending time between cleaning, the Vulcan HEG24E electric griddlea€™s grease drawer can hold as much as 1.5 gallons of fat drippings before it needs to be emptied. Streamlining use, the griddlea€™s front grease trough measures 3 1/2 inches wide, which is large enough to accommodate most spatulas. Preventing burns, the griddlea€™s bull-nose front has a stay-cool design that resists heat transfer during cooking.
