Easing cleaning and resisting corrosion, the cooking surface and exterior of the Vulcan HEG36E electric griddle are made of durable stainless steel. So operators can cook at precise temperatures, this griddle is equipped with thermostatic controls, while its back and side splashes capture grease splatter and runoff to streamline cleanup.
The Vulcan HEG36E commercial griddle has two solid-sheathed, tubular incoloy heating elements to provide efficient and even cooking. Preventing accidental temperature changes, the controls are protected by heavy-duty chromed thermostat knob guards. The front grease trough empties into a large-capacity drawer.
