Small enough to fit on a countertop but wide enough to cook five different foods at once, the Vulcan HEG60E HEG-E Series heavy-duty electric griddle is a versatile piece of equipment. Made of stainless steel for durability, it has a 60-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep griddle plate. Snap-action thermostat controls are built onto the front of the plate, and each of the five thermostats heats a 12-inch section of the griddle. Warmed by two incoloy heating elements, the 3/4-inch-thick steel plate heats quickly and won't warp with constant heating and reheating due to its thick structure. Because of its temperature range between 200 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit, the griddle efficiently reheats, grills, and cooks various foods. Its chrome thermostat guards cover the temperature controls to prevent accidental temperature adjustment.

Supported by four adjustable legs, the Vulcan HEG60E heavy-duty commercial griddle is lifted above the counter, which is also protected from hot oil and grease with a rear splash guard and two tapered side splash guards. Grease funnels into the 3 1/2-inch-wide front grease trough for simplified draining, and two grease drawers are located underneath the griddle, collecting as much as 1.5 gallons of grease each.
