The Vulcan HEG60E HEG-E Series heavy-duty electric griddle has a 60-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep griddle plate equipped to cook several foods at once. Snap-action thermostats line the front of the griddle, with all five controlling a separate 12-inch section of the griddle. Its 3/4-inch-thick steel plate is heated by two solid, tubular incoloy heating elements for fast heating. Able to reach temperatures between 200 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit, this griddle can reheat and thoroughly cook various foods.

For stability and versatility, the stainless steel Vulcan HEG60E commercial griddle is lifted above the countertop with four adjustable legs and 11-inch overall height. Low-maintenance, protective components are built into the griddle, such as three splash guards located on the sides and rear of the griddle. These guards prevent grease from splashing onto the counter or the user. Grease cleanup is simplified with the 3 1/2-inch-wide front grease trough and the griddle's two 1.5-gallon-capacity grease drawers.
