The Vulcan K20ELT tilting kettle includes a 2-inch compression tangent draw-off valve with a perforated strainer for efficient dispensing and flow control. The interior features embossed gallon and liter markings to simplify measurement. The stainless steel enclosure houses water-resistant controls, including a power switch, power-on light, solid-state temperature control, a vacuum/pressure gauge, a pressure relief valve, a low water light, and a low water shut-off.
