The Vulcan K20ETT tilting kettle features a stainless steel splash-proof control console on the right, housing water-resistant controls for reliable operation through high-volume use. These controls include a power switch, power-on light, solid-state temperature control, a vacuum/pressure gauge, a pressure relief valve, a low water light, and a low water shut-off. The embossed gallon and liter markings allow for quick measurement, while the kettle jacket contains a mixture of water, rust inhibitor, and antifreeze to protect against freezing down to 30 degrees below zero. Built with stainless steel adjustable legs that extend 6 inches below the base, this unit provides stability on a variety of surfaces and operates at a maximum steam pressure of 50 PSI.
