The Vulcan K6ETT electric tilting kettle is great for cooking large volumes of stews, soup, sauces, and more. Because it is made of stainless steel, the tilting kettle is strong and convenient to clean. It has a two-thirds jacket with water, antifreeze, and rust inhibitors inside, enabling the kettle to withstand temperatures as low as -30 degrees Fahrenheit. When turned on, water in the jacket heats up and becomes steam that distributes heat evenly along the kettle's inner wall, efficiently cooking the food inside.
Employees can cook 6 gallons of product at once and can measure the fill level using the gallon and liter measurements embossed on the side. After cooking, the kettle can pour product using its butterfly-shaped lip and sturdy tilting lever, which locks to keep the kettle from tipping over. For stability, the kettle has a mounting base with lugs that can be bolted to the floor, while its mounting bracket enables a faucet to be attached for water access. To lengthen its lifespan, this Vulcan K6ETT tilting kettle has a control panel that is designed to resist water damage.
