The Vulcan MINI-JETR full-size combi oven from the Mini-Jet series offers versatile cooking capabilities for professional kitchens. It supports methods like baking, steaming, roasting, grilling, and air-frying, along with low-temperature and cook-and-hold functions. Ventless-capable, this oven features boilerless steam operation and accommodates four 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1/2-inch or six 13-inch by 18-inch by 1-inch pans. The LCD touchscreen controller with a coding turn/push knob provides access to automatic and manual cooking adjustments.
Equipped with advanced programming, the Vulcan MINI-JETR electric combi oven includes 80 installed and customizable recipes with text or picture displays, plus My Recipes and My Favorites features. It offers precise cooking with a temperature range of 80 to 482 degrees Fahrenheit and humidity adjustments from 0 to 100 percent. The oven includes a cool-touch door with LED light strip, auto-reversing fan with speed control, and a flashing LED alarm system for safety and efficiency.
