Vulcan MSA24 24" Gas Griddle W/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan MSA24 gas griddle has a 1-inch-thick plate that resists warping after repeated heating and cooling. Under the plate are two U-shaped burners with individual thermostats that have a temperature range of 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Most of the unit is constructed of stainless steel to resist scratches, dents, and corrosion. The back and side splashes help contain food and grease to prevent messes. Grease is collected by the grease gutter and sent to the drawer via the fully welded chute. The drawer has a 6-gallon capacity and simplifies disposing of old grease. The Vulcan MSA24 gas griddle has a bull-nose front that prevents burns by staying cool on the surface.
