The Vulcan MSA24-30 gas griddle is a countertop unit and is mounted on 4-inch legs that can be adjusted for stabilization on uneven surfaces. It has a 4-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes that capture grease splatter and keep it from splashing onto the unit's surroundings. Underneath the griddle, it has a front grease trough that holds crumbs and food particles to facilitate cleaning. Measuring 24 inches wide by 37 1/2 inches deep by 15 1/4 inches high, this unit has a low-profile design.
Made of stainless steel, the Vulcan MSA24-30 commercial griddle is durable enough to withstand high-volume use. Enabling users to simultaneously cook two different foods, it has two cooking zones with a mechanical snap-action thermostat located every 12 inches. Changes can be made with front-mounted knobs that have knob guards to prevent unwanted adjustments. The steel griddle plate is 1 inch thick to retain heat and quickly recover temperatures.
