Taking up minimal space in a crowded kitchen, this low-profile unit measures 48 inches wide by 37 1/2 inches deep by 15 1/4 inches high.

The Vulcan MSA48-30 commercial griddle is safe to operate with millivolt pilot safety valves that shut off the unit if a pilot extinguishesa€”this prevents overheating and protects the heating elements from damage. To capture food particles, this unit has a front-mounted grease trough that holds 6 quarts. It has a 4-inch backsplash with tapered side splashes that contain messes to keep the wall free of splatter.
