The Vulcan MSA60 griddle has an aluminized and stainless steel chassis frame to resist regular damage. Its polished, 1-inch-thick steel plate holds up against warping. Each 12-inch-wide plate section uses a single U-shaped burner with a snap-action thermostat to adjust the temperature between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Safety valves shut off the gas if the flame goes out, while grease from food runs into the spatula-wide gutter and through the fully welded chute to the 6-quart grease drawers. Adjustable to accommodate uneven surfaces, the 4-inch legs elevate the Vulcan MSA60 griddle off the countertop.
