Vulcan MSA60 60" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Vulcan MSA60 griddle has a polished steel plate that is 1 inch thick to withstand regularly heating up and cooling down without warping. Each 12-inch section of plate uses one U-shaped burner with its own thermostat to cook at different temperatures at once. These thermostats have a range of 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and include chrome guards for added protection. If the flame ever goes out, gas is shut off by the pilot safety valves to prevent dangerous gas leaks. A pressure regulator and a ³?₄-inch connector are included to facilitate gas line hook ups.

The Vulcan MSA60 griddle has stainless steel sides, front, and front top ledge to provide durability and ease cleanup. Its stainless and aluminized steel frame is fully welded for long-lasting strength. Burns are prevented by the bullnose front, which is designed to stay cool to the touch. The grease gutter is wide enough to accommodate most spatulas for a quick clean. Grease is kept from migrating by the fully welded chute and is kept in the 6-quart drawers for disposal during cleanup.
