The Vulcan MSA72-30 commercial griddle has a cooking surface measuring 72 inches wide by 30 inches deep and has six cooking zones with snap-action thermostats embedded in the griddle plate every 12 inches. These zones can be adjusted individually to cook numerous foods, while the control knobs on the front are protected with guards to prohibit unwanted changes. Made of smooth polished steel, the griddle plate can be wiped down after use for cleaning.

To distribute heat evenly and recover temperatures quickly, the Vulcan MSA72-30 gas griddle has a 1-inch-thick plate, and the stainless steel construction is durable and resistant to corrosion and rust. A grease trough under the front of the griddle captures food particles to keep them off the countertop, while the 4-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes capture splatter while cooking. Mounted on 4-inch legs, this unit can be adjusted to prevent it from wobbling.
