Strong to support high-volume use, the Vulcan SG44 full-size convection oven's top, front, sides, doors, and legs are constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The doors are operated independently and designed with double-paned windows to offer visibility while preserving heat. For further heat retention, the ovens are insulated, each equipped with five racks. This double-deck model is 40 inches wide by 42 1/4 inches deep by 70 inches high, overall.
With solid-state controls, the temperature of the Vulcan SG44 double-deck convection oven can be adjusted between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It's powered by LP gas and features an electronic spark ignition system. Its timer can be set as high as 60 minutes; when the cycle completes, operators are alerted by an audible alarm. To streamline cleaning, its interior is made of porcelain that doesn't harbor baked-on grease or residue.
