Its 30,000 BTU burner delivers even surface heating, which is ideal for simmering sauces, holding food, or gentle warming. Flanged feet provide a sturdy, fixed base.
The Vulcan V112H 12-inch gas range top features a rugged modular frame and stainless steel surfaces for strength and durability. A single pilot and control valve help manage heat output precisely, and the cast iron top retains heat between uses. A 1 1/4-in. gas manifold at the front simplifies connection to your existing line.
