Outfitted with an 18-inch-wide plancha top, the Vulcan V1P18 gas range top delivers 17,500 BTU of heating power to a 1/2-inch-thick polished steel plate. This flat cooking surface is ideal for direct-contact cooking tasks such as searing or caramelizing, and its three-sided grease trough helps manage runoff to streamline cleaning. Operators can adjust burner output using front-mounted individual pilots and controls. For adaptable installation, the range includes a 1/4-inch-diameter front gas manifold with a capped rear connection.

The V1P18 modular gas range top is constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. A 4-inch stainless steel stub riser shields the wall behind the unit from splatter and heat. Designed for mounting on countertops or equipment stands, this model is stabilized with 4-inch flanged feet instead of standard legs. It integrates into custom kitchen layouts where a freestanding base is not needed.
