This modular unit features a 1/2-inch-thick polished steel plancha plate that supports searing, browning, and finishing techniques across its flat surface. A three-sided grease trough captures runoff to help keep the surface clear during service, and a 4-inch stub riser at the back protects adjacent walls from splatter. Front-mounted individual pilots and controls provide precise temperature management.

Supported by 4-inch flanged feet for secure countertop or equipment stand installation, the Vulcan V1P18 gas range is built as a modular component for customized kitchen lines. Its gas connection includes a 1/4-inch-diameter front manifold with a capped rear outlet to accommodate various layout needs.
