Its three-sided grease trough collects runoff for simplified cleanup. Individual pilots and controls regulate heat output, giving operators precision when cooking multiple foods at once. This range is equipped with a 1/4-inch-diameter front gas manifold and capped rear gas connection for flexible utility installation.

For added storage convenience, the Vulcan V1P18B gas range includes a cabinet base with a stainless steel door and internal rack guides that hold one removable shelf. Its stainless steel construction covers high-contact surfaces to ensure resistance to corrosion. A 4-inch stub riser protects the wall behind the unit, and the cabinet stands on 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs that help keep the range level during use.
