Supported by 4-inch flanged feet for secure countertop installation, the Vulcan V224H modular gas range top integrates into customized cooklines where a full base is not required. It is built for heavy-duty performance with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior. A 4-inch stainless steel stub riser is positioned at the rear to guard nearby surfaces from heat and splatter during service. This model is intended for freestanding use on equipment stands or prep counters.

The Vulcan V224H modular range top includes a pair of hot top sections that provide steady, even heat across a 3/4-inch-thick ground steel griddle plate. Heat is regulated with individual pilots and front-mounted controls, allowing operators to tailor each section to specific cooking needs. For gas connections, the unit includes a 1/4-inch-diameter front manifold and a capped rear outlet for flexible installation with liquid propane fuel sources.
