Featuring a pair of individually controlled burners, the Vulcan V224H modular gas range top delivers a combined 60,000 BTU to support demanding cookline applications. Each burner operates beneath a heavy-duty cast iron hot top section, which evenly distributes and retains heat across the surface for tasks like simmering and slow cooking. The 3 3/4-inch-thick ground steel griddle plate provides a durable platform capable of withstanding repeated exposure to high heat. Front-mounted pilots and controls offer precise temperature management for each heated section.
Engineered for modular installations, the Vulcan V224H gas range measures 24 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 40 1/2 inches high. Its 1/4-inch-diameter front gas manifold connects to a capped rear outlet, giving operators layout flexibility. A stainless steel stub riser shields the wall behind the unit, while the exterior is constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
