Outfitted with a stainless steel cabinet base, the Vulcan V224HB gas range includes universal rack guides and one removable shelf for back-of-house storage. This freestanding unit is supported by 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs and features a corrosion-resistant exterior. A 4-inch stainless steel stub riser protects the wall from splatter and heat during high-output cooking tasks. The enclosed design supports heavy-duty use in demanding kitchen environments.

The Vulcan V224HB gas range is equipped with two hot tops, each powered by its own 30,000 BTU burner. Cast iron hot top sections retain heat and distribute it evenly across the cooking surface, while a 3/4-inch-thick ground steel griddle plate ensures durability under constant use. Each burner has an individual pilot and front-mounted control for precise regulation. This model connects to utilities via a 1/4-inch-diameter front gas manifold and includes a capped rear gas connection for installation flexibility.
