Outfitted with a pair of full-width hot tops, the Vulcan V236H 36-inch gas range top is designed for modular installations where flexible layout is essential. Each section is powered by a 30,000 BTU burner, delivering steady heat beneath heavy-duty cast iron plates. These surfaces retain and distribute heat efficiently for continuous-use applications. Operators can adjust each burner independently using front-mounted pilots and controls. The tops are supported by a 3/4-inch-thick ground steel plate that enhances strength and heat consistency.

The Vulcan V236H V series range is constructed of stainless steel throughout the front, top ledge, base, sides, burner box, and stub back to ensure corrosion resistance in demanding environments. A 4-inch stub riser protects the wall behind the unit, and 4-inch flanged feet keep the range stable when mounted on a countertop or stand. Fuel is delivered through a 1/4-inch-diameter front manifold, and a capped rear connection supports different utility configurations.
