Outfitted with a pair of individually controlled hot top sections, the Vulcan V236H 36-inch gas range top delivers a combined 60,000 BTU across its heavy-duty cast iron plates. Each section uses a 30,000 BTU burner to maintain steady surface temperatures, while a 3/4-inch-thick ground steel plate beneath the surface supports consistent thermal transfer. The burners are managed by separate front-mounted controls and pilot systems, giving operators the ability to independently manage multiple cooking zones at once.

Designed for modular kitchen setups, the Vulcan V236H range top stands on 4-inch flanged feet and is constructed with stainless steel throughout the front, top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back. Its 4-inch stub riser protects nearby walls from heat and debris, and gas flows through a 1/4-inch front manifold with a capped rear outlet for flexible hookup. With a 36-inch width, this V Series unit integrates into custom configurations where full-size bases are not required.
