Equipped with a cabinet-style base, the Vulcan V236HB gas range includes stainless steel doors, rack guides, and one removable shelf to support kitchen storage. Designed for durability in high-volume environments, the exterior is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. To protect surrounding surfaces during use, a 4-inch stub riser is positioned at the rear, and the unit stands on 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs to maintain stability on uneven floors.

Atop the Vulcan V236HB gas range, two full-width hot top sections deliver steady, even heat through a pair of individually controlled 30,000 BTU burners. The cast iron hot tops retain heat efficiently, and the 3/4-inch-thick ground steel plate offers a durable surface for cooking. Each burner has its own pilot and control system, enabling precise temperature regulation. Gas flows through a 1/4-inch-diameter front manifold, with a capped rear gas connection included for layout flexibility.
