Built with dual 18-inch-wide hot top sections, the Vulcan V236HB gas range supports heavy-duty back-of-house operations with two individually controlled burners. The hot tops are constructed of heavy-duty cast iron to retain and distribute heat evenly across the surface. Beneath the tops, a 3/4-inch-thick ground steel plate provides structural durability for constant thermal exposure. Operators can fine-tune each section using front-mounted pilot valves and burner controls to accommodate a variety of cooking applications.

For streamlined storage, the Vulcan V236HB V series gas range includes a cabinet base with stainless steel doors, internal rack guides, and one removable shelf. Its stainless steel construction offers corrosion resistance and long-term durability. A 4-inch stainless steel stub riser protects the rear wall from heat and splatter, while the unit stands securely on 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs. Gas enters through a 1/4-inch-diameter front manifold, and a capped rear gas connection is included for flexible utility access.
