Built with two hot top sections, the Vulcan V236HS 36-inch gas range distributes surface heat through separate 30,000 BTU burners beneath heavy-duty cast iron plates. These hot tops retain and spread heat evenly across a 3/4-inch ground steel platea€”ideal for simmering and holding food items. Each burner is controlled independently with its own front-mounted pilot and knob for flexible temperature management during service.

Paired with the cooktop, the Vulcan V236HS range features a standard oven powered by a 50,000 BTU burner, fitted with a porcelain-coated cavity and one oven rack that can be adjusted to three different postions. This freestanding unit is constructed of stainless steel on the front, top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back for corrosion resistance. A 4-inch stub riser protects the wall behind the range, while 6-inch adjustable legs help level the unit. A 1/4-inch front gas manifold connects to a capped rear outlet to accommodate natural gas installations.
