The Vulcan V2B12 gas range is a modular unit for application on stainless stands and existing countertops. It measures 12 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 17 15/16 inches high, and it includes a front top ledge for plating cooked dishes. To vary its height and prevent damage to countertops, it sits on 4-inch flanged feet. Because this unit is constructed of stainless steel, it resists corrosion and is durable enough for high-volume use.

For versatility, the Vulcan V2B12 commercial range features two 35,000-BTU burners that accommodate stir fry or stew preparation. Each burner features cast iron grate tops that vary in size.
