Ideal for compact settings, the Vulcan V2B12B heavy-duty gas range measures 12 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 36 inches high and features a 1 1/4-inch-diameter front-gas manifold. Its top section features two 35,000-BTU two-piece open-top burners with heavy-duty cast grates. While the front grate measures 11 1/2 inches by 11 1/2 inches, the rear grate is 11 1/2 inches by 14 inches to accommodate stock pots or sauce pans. To accommodate specific simmering, boiling, frying, searing, or sauteing needs, the burners have individual pilots and controls.

For long-term durability and rust and corrosion resistance, the Vulcan V2B12B LP-gas-powered range's front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, stub back, and legs are made of stainless steel. Its legs can be raised or lowered on uneven flooring, reducing the chance of the unit wobbling or rocking during use. Frequently used supplies can be stored in the cabinet base for convenience, and to secure stored contents in place, a durable stainless steel door encases the base.
