To operate with high efficiency and versatility in back-of-the-house kitchens, the Vulcan V2B12B gas range features two 35,000-BTU burners. Both burners are covered with cast iron grates to accommodate stock pots and other pieces of cookware for preparation of stews or soups. Its front burner measures 11 1/2 inches wide by 11 1/2 inches deep, and its rear grate measures 11 1/2 inches wide by 14 inches deep. Because the grate dimensions differ, this unit can accommodate various sizes of cookware for different cooking needs.

The Vulcan gas range includes a cabinet base that can provide storage for extra saucepans or cooking supplies. Durable and corrosion resistant, this unit has a stainless steel top ledge, base, and sides. To accommodate uneven floors, it stands on 6-inch legs that can be adjusted to various heights. Overall, this unit measures 12 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 36 inches high. To streamline operation with other units without forgoing worker safety, it's equipped with a 1 1/4-inch manifold and 4-inch stub riser at the back.
