Vulcan V2BG18 36" 2 Burner Gas Range Top W/ Griddle - Modular, Liquid Propane
The Vulcan V2BG18 gas range is equipped with two 35,000-BTU burners and a griddle. To streamline service in busy restaurants and eateries, its versatility allows for simultaneous use of pots to prepare broths and stews while cooking meats on its 18-inch griddle's 3/4-inch-thick plate. For precise control of heat, each burner has an individual pilots and control knob. To streamline cleaning after use, its included cast grates can be removed for precise maintenance.
Because the Vulcan V2BG18 commercial gas range is modular, it can be placed on countertops or equipment stands to suit the operator's needs. Overall, it measures 36 inches wide by 41 7/8 inches deep by 17 15/16 inches high. Its front, front top ledge, and base are made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and added strength. To promote product longevity, it contains a burner box and 4-inch stub riser.
