Because the Vulcan V2BG18S gas range is powered by liquid propane, it's more environmentally friendly than its electric alternatives. While its open-top burners output at 35,000 BTUs each, propane utilizes less energy and heats quickly. As part of the V series, this unit also includes an 18-inch-wide griddle to streamline food preparation in kitchens with varied menus. Each burner has a corresponding control and pilot, and its griddle can be adjusted with its manual control.
This Vulcan V2BG18S commercial range's bottom section includes a standard oven with an interior that measures 27 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 13 inches high. It includes one oven rack that can be placed in three positions, and its cavity is lined with porcelain to reduce staining and promote thorough cleaning after use. The Vulcan gas range measures 36 inches wide by 41 7/8 inches deep by 40 1/2 inches high and is constructed of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and product longevity.
