The Vulcan V2BG4TB V-series gas range features a stainless steel front, top ledge, burner box, base, stub back, and sides while sporting a versatile, dual-range top. With two open, lift-off cast burners and two griddle burners, this unit is capable of boiling, pan-frying, and grilling simultaneously. For optimal temperature control, each burner has independent pilots and temperature dials, and for longevity, the grates are constructed of heavy-duty cast iron. The front grate measures 11 inches by 17 inches, while the rear grate measures 14 inches by 17 inches, and for quick heating its 24-inch-long by 3/4-inch-thick T-Stat griddle plate is made of ground steel. To simplify cleaning, this range's 4-inch stub riser and extra-deep crumb tray are corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

To expand storage space in compact kitchens, the Vulcan V2BG4TB range has a cabinet base. It's mounted atop four 4-inch legs with flanged feet and measures 36 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 36 inches high. Because this unit operates using LP gas, it requires a 1/4-inch-diameter front gas manifold and 1 1/4-inch rear gas connection.
