To withstand rigorous use in busy kitchens and simplify cleaning, the Vulcan V2BG4TB V-series range features a stainless steel front, top ledge, burner box, base, stub back, 4-inch stub riser, crumb tray, and sides. Its top includes two open cast burners and two griddle burnersa€”great for boiling, pan-frying, or grilling various menu items. Each burner has individual pilots and controls for flexible temperature modification, and for longevity the grates are constructed of heavy-duty cast iron. Suitable for holding stock pots or large frying pans, it has an 11-inch by 17-inch front grate and a 14-inch by 17-inch rear grate; meanwhile, its T-stat griddle plate measures 24 inches long by 3/4 inches thick and is constructed of ground steel.

The Vulcan V2BG4TB natural gas range has a cabinet base to maximize storage in compact kitchens and measures 36 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 36 inches high overall. To stabilize this unit on uneven surfaces, it's mounted atop four 4-inch legs with flanged feet. For proper installation, it requires a 1/4-inch-diameter front gas manifold and 1 1/4-inch rear gas connection.
