Each of these burners have independent pilots and controls for flexible temperature modification. Suitable for stock pots and frying pans, this unit has an 11-inch by 17-inch front grate and a 14-inch by 17-inch rear grate; its open, T-stat griddle plate measures 18 inches long by 3/4 inches thick and is constructed of ground steel. For simplified cleaning, this range's 4-inch stub riser and extra-deep crumb tray are constructed of stainless steel.
