The Vulcan V2BG4TB V-series gas range's front, top ledge, burner box, base, stub back, 4-inch stub back, crumb tray, and sides are constructed of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It features two open, lift-off cast burners and two griddle burnersa€”great for boiling, pan-frying, or grilling. For maximized temperature control, each burner has an independent pilot and temperature dial. To support frying pans and stock pots, this unit has an 11-inch by 17-inch front cast iron grate and a 14-inch by 17-inch rear cast iron grate; meanwhile its open, T-stat griddle plate measures 18 inches long by 3/4 inches thick and is constructed of ground steel for direct-surface grilling.

To add storage in compact kitchens, the Vulcan V2BG4TB range has a cabinet base and measures 36 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 36 inches high overall. Because it's powered by natural gas, it requires a 1/4-inch-diameter front gas manifold and 1 1/4-inch rear gas connection. To stabilize this unit on uneven surfaces, it's mounted on 4-inch legs with flanged feet.
