The two polished cast iron tops are heated by 25,000-BTU ring burners that radiate heat outward from the center, creating graduated temperature zones ideal for managing multiple pots at once. Independent pilots and controls for each burner give operators full control over cooking conditions.

The Vulcan V2FT36B range includes a cabinet-style base for storing cookware and utensils, fitted with stainless steel doors and a deep crumb tray to catch spills. Its structurea€”manufactured entirely of stainless steel across the front, sides, base, top ledge, burner box, and stub backa€”is designed for durability and corrosion resistance in demanding environments. The 4-inch rear stub riser shields the wall from heat, and the unit is supported by 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs for level placement. With both a 1/4-inch front gas manifold and capped rear outlet, this unit is well suited for flexible installation using natural gas.
